This qualification will upskill you in how to efficiently and effectively run or manage a successful cleaning business and cleaning staff.
Those who complete this qualification will obtain skills and knowledge in wide ranging areas of operational cleaning management including management and supervision of staff, providing client support and quoting for cleaning jobs.
